Post are far and few between with me right now, due to the slam of workload that has hit me in the past few weeks. Though I may complain as I am doing all the work, it is really welcomed and helps me move forward. I have made a good amount of progress after being in a 3 month slump and I really feel like my portfolio is starting to show the work that I have accomplished. Over my final and most intense year at WKU, there has been a lot of changes in my life. Some good, some bad, but all in all I can see God pushing me to grow and seek His will by working hard and living the life he has set before me. Enjoying this life and enjoying my last few weeks at school has been my top priority, and it really has gave me an outlook that I wish had been there all along. I see though that if I had that attitude all along, there was a chance that I would take advantage of these "precious" moments that are the end of this chapter in my life. A chapter that sometimes I would say has been 3 years to long, but the more I look at it, the more I know that the timing has been perfect. I have met the greatest people, became friends with all of them, and lived a lot of life with them. As that Jay-Z song "Young Forever" plays in the background (yes, it gets corny here), I realize that I want to stay young forever. I never did really want to grow up anyways.

The big 2 - 5. One quarter of a century. 24 +1.... Yes, boys and girls I am officially in my mid-twenties. Its funny, because I have been in school surrounded around people 3 and 4 years younger than me, and for the longest time, I have felt like the old guy. Now, that I am turning 25, I feel renewed somehow. Its like a fresh start, with graduation on the horizon and my whole life ahead of me. I may be old in the world I am in now, but I am getting excited again for what lies ahead of me. The grown up world where everyone is getting old, and everybody forgets how old they are, so it doesn't matter what your real age is, as long as you stay young at heart..... right? I don't know maybe it's just wishful thinking.

Anyways, tomorrow night I will  be leaving with 6 other dudes and heading to Florida to go on a road trip. We have only one real destination, and a few random places we want to go on the way down, but mainly we are just looking for warmer weather.  By the time we get back, I hope we have sunburns, sunburns, and plenty of awesome stories.

Less than a week till Spring Break. I am totally ready for it. I was thinking how fast this semester is going by, and how behind I feel. I am planning for my future, when my present is all out of whack. So, yes spring break is a necessity. Time to chillax and go on an adventure with my bro. We are going to FL on a roadtrip to my Granpa's house in Marco Island, Fl. We are hope gonna see a bunch of random places along the way. And hopefully I will be bringing one of these back with as a pet. I will call him, Albert.
